        ·          For performing destructive tests on irradiated samples.

        ·          Technical specifications of the installed material testing hot cell and tests that could be carried out are:

        1- Universal testing machine

   2-      Impact machine

   3-      Microhardness tester

Following training activities are conducted at the reactor:

        ·          Training on reactor operations

        ·          Training on radiological protection

        ·          Training on radiological emergency planning

        ·          Training on maintenance

        ·          NDT techniques and quality assurance

        ·          In-service inspection (In-service inspections labs are available)

        ·          Availability: Operated on demand. Specific requirements and conditions could be adjusted upon request.

        ·          Computer codes available: MCNP, WIMS, CITATION, PARET, THERMIC, CAUDVAP, ORGINE, ANISIN, DOT, MERCURE as well as post processors.
